How do I verify my college email?

To verify your college email, select your university in Omega, enter your university-assigned email address, request a verification code, and enter the verification on the next page. Once you verify the code and complete your profile, you'll be added to your university on Omega and can begin connecting with other students.

How do I report or block a user?

You can report or block another user on Omega at anytime. Simply tap the help button on the user's profile page, and tap either report or block. If you report the other user, you will be asked to provide a report reason and a member of the Omega team will review the reported user's profile within 48 hours for innapropriate content and you can see the report status through the Omega app settings page.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account anytime. Make sure you're logged in, find the account deletion button on the settings page, and tap to confirm. Your account and its associated data will be deleted from Omega.
